Event> The Little Prince / Chinnari Nestam reading
Event date: 26th August, 2023
Instead of a traditional book release, we decided to have a reading from the newly released Chinnari Nestam (translation of the famous The Little Prince). This idea was met with enthusiasm from members of Bhoomika Theatre Group, and from many fans of the beloved story.

Event> Permaculture Book Release
Event date: 8th July, 2023
Timbaktu had organised a permaculture training course with Ardhendu more than a decade ago. I was a translator and coordinator for this (and another program in Odisha). What I couldn’t do then has become possible through Kannada with the help of ICRA, Gayatri and Sudhasree. I am glad that Telugu readers will greatly benefit from this book.

Event> TANA – Manchi Pustakam book release event 2021
Event date: 14th November, 2021
Manchi Pustakam’s collaboration with Telugu Association of North America (TANA) began in 2017, with a common intent to encourage children reading in Telugu. The approach we took was to have an open invite for original writings in Telugu, and have a panel select the most appealing entries.
We celebrated Children’s Day in 2021 with the release of the prize winning books. They included ten picture stories for children below 10 years, and five novels for children above 10 years.
Have a look at the set of 10 picture stories, which continue to remain popular to date. And browse the TANA – Manchi Pustakam collaboration tag for more.
