Each week introduced a new book that had been translated into Telugu. Genres included novels, sustainable agriculture, adolescent health and wellbeing, education reform, and philosophy. our amma, padmini, was a big fan of manchi pusthakam all her life. she got us several russian children's books when we growing up in the 80s. manchi pusthakam fills the void with the tiny ukranian tales that they practically give away for free (at rs. 20 or less a book in year 2023!). she'd also cherish seeing bhagyalakshmi gaaru and suresh gaaru at manchi pusthakam stalls at book exhibitions in bezawada and vizag. thank you for continuing to be a joyful resource for kids books!
